Kayvan Karimi Askarani

Kayvan is a Research Scientist I in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University within the Center for Contaminant Hydrology. Kayvan’s research interests center on sensor-based environmental monitoring. Kayvan’s research employs IoT technology and computational algorithms to improve decision-making and risk management at petroleum hydrocarbon sites. Kayvan’s current research efforts are focused on developing machine learning frameworks to improve environmental monitoring.
