M.S. Plan A and Ph.D. students: The GS 30 will not be signed by the Department Head if the Publication Requirement Form is not submitted at the same time.

• • Registering for Independent Study/Plan B report (Word) (pdf)

Submit completed form to the CEE Graduate Advisor for an override to register for Independent Study/Plan B report.

• • Ph.D. Qualifying Exam Results (Word)

Qualifying Exam Results form to be completed and examining committee.

• Thesis/Dissertation Registration Form

  Complete this online request for thesis or dissertation credt. The Department will provide an override and will inform you when you may register in RamWeb.
