Dr. Li is a full-stack software developer of the One Water Solutions Institute at Colorado State University.  He obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Utah in Summer 2021. He has strong research background in smart stormwater modeling, hydroinformatics, machine learning, and real-time sensing and controlling technologies. Currently, he is working on backend data scrapping, developing cloud modeling services, frontend web UI design, and machine learning models. His work aims to support the world-class research and innovative technologies to create sustainable and smart solutions to plan, design, and manage water resources and linked urban/agriculture systems more efficiently.
