Colorado State University launched a new pilot program this fall to get first-year students of color more involved in undergraduate research, boosting their engagement and retention rates.   Aditi Bhaskar is mentoring several students who are tracking streamflow along Spring Creek and its tributaries.  She is hoping that the program will help retain students of color and builds a sense of belonging in the engineering research community.  To read more about the program Read Here.
