Access and Success Committee
The SE Department’s Access & Success committee has four working groups, each with the task to focus on an area that aligns with WSCOE and University-level goals. The current working groups are:
- Hiring and Recruitment: Mary Gomez, Steve Simske, Steve Conrad
- Staff/Faculty/Student Relational Competency: Ingrid Bridge, Dan Herber, Marie Vans, Jim Adams, Erika Gallegos
- Outreach/Engagement: Thomas Bradley, Janine-Marie Conrad, Deb Dandaneau, Kevin Fleming
Working Group Goals
Eliminate problematic access issues at every stage of the hiring and recruitment process.
Increase relational competency of all Systems Engineering (SE) faculty, staff, and students to promote and support a welcoming and engaged academic climate.
Our goal is to meaningfully engage with new organizations that could find value in our educational and research related resources.
