Our department was formed out of the results of an extensive industry survey conducted with over 600 responses.
Because of our origin as a department, we continue to work closely with our industry and government partners to develop new systems engineering research, and to establish a collective capability to engineer systems in aerospace, energy, civil, and social applications.
We meet multiple times a year with our Managers Forum and Executive Committee to ensure that our courses are responsive to industry needs.
