Borland's Contributions Fund New Water Resources Archive

The Morgan Librarys new Water Resources Archive is a unique collection of papers, maps and records documenting individual and organizational efforts that have influenced the availability of todays water resources. Contributors to the archive include Whitney Borland, Ival Goslin, and James Ogilvie. Ival Goslin played a key role in the development of water resources in the Upper Colorado River basin. James Ogilvies career at the Bureau of Reclamation included project management for the multi-million dollar Fryingpan-Arkansas Project in southeast Colorado. A comprehensive Web site will be developed to make the collections more accessible to researchers, community members, water engineers and policymakers.
