Dr. William (Bill) Eads

Bio
Eads graduated from Rice University with PhD in EE in 1970.
He worked at Hewlett Packard beginning in 1970 and retired in 2001, developing microprocessors, language interpreters, operating system software, graphics software and hardware, and entire computer systems. He managed HP’s UNIX operating system development program, and he was the program manager for HP’s Itanium™ based computer systems at the time of his retirement.
He has been teaching at CSU since 2002 and enjoys teaching undergraduate courses in the areas of Feedback Control Systems, Digital Logic Systems, and Microprocessors.
