Engineering Research Contracts Reach All-Time High
Annual Research Expenditures Total $36 Million
Engineering faculty members are teaching more students in more classes – some of them new on-line courses – with the same high level of excellence for which the College is known. And at the same time, faculty have improved their research funding levels to bring the College to a new level in terms of sponsored research activity.
The impact of science and engineering on society has never been more apparent than it is today. Among the research activities of our faculty are several new programs that address environmental issues and the emerging focus on national security.
