David Dandy Named Interim Head of Chemical & Biological Engineering
Interim Dean Sandra Woods announced today that Professor David Dandy will begin his appointment as Interim Head of the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering on January 3, 2006. Dr. Dandy replaces Professor Ted Watson, who has served as department head for the past five years. Dr. Watson will continue his teaching and research activities as a member of the CBE faculty. Dates for a search for the permanent Department Head have not been announced yet.
The faculty, staff and students in the College of Engineering wish to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Watson for his service to the department, college and University.
