College of Engineering Recognizes Students' Academic Achievments
More than 60 engineering students were honored at the 2005 Engineering Days Awards Ceremony April 15, 2004, at the Lory Student Center. Students were recognized for their outstanding academic achievement, leadership, professional involvement and excellence in research. Awards were presented by the College of Engineering, the Departments of Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Computer, and Mechanical Engineering, and student peers. The College of Engineering, Engineering College Council and ASCSU sponsored the event.

Engineering Days Project Awards:
Cambridge House Apartments awarded one of the E-Days project award-winning teams with two months of free rent on a 12-month lease. The award was given to Elizabeth Lipp, Miranda Grote and Natasha Peterson, designers of Production of Methanol by a New Process.
The Woodsie Woods Departmental Competition Award was given to the Department of Mechanical Engineering for outstanding student participation in E-Days barbeque events. Dr. Wade Troxell accepted the award on behalf of the department.
