ECE and CE Alumni Invite to Summer Picnics Aug. 16
Both the Civil Engineering and the Electrical and Computer Engineering Departments will host picnics for their alumni this summer! Both picnics are scheduled for Saturday, August 16, in Fort Collins.
The Third Annual ECE Alumni Picnic will take place in Rolland Moore Park (Shelter #2) beginning at 3:00 p.m. The park has playground equipment for children and a volleyball area for youth and adults. The Department will provide soft drinks and desserts. Families are asked to bring their main dish (something to grill) and a small dish to share (i.e. fruit salad, potato chips). The event will offer a great venue to make new friends and touch base with old ones. Attendees are asked to RSVP to Karen Bross at (970) 491-7275 or kbross@engr.colostate.edu no later than August 11. If you don't plan on attending but your travel plans change at the last minute and you find yourself in the Fort Collins area, please join the festivities!
The Civil Engineering Alumni Summer Picnic will take place at City Park Shelters from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Agricultural, bioresource, civil and environmental engineering alumni and friends are invited to join faculty and staff for a fun afternoon! The department will provide hamburgers, veggie burgers and beverages. Attendees are asked to RSVP by Friday, August 8, and bring a dish to share.
