How to join our Engineering Community in Academic Village

All incoming students with a major in the College or Exploratory Studies – Engineering Interest will automatically be eligible to sign up for the community. Follow these steps to complete the process:

Step 1: Beginning January 27, 2026

  • Complete the New Student Housing Application

Step 2: April 1 – June 29, 2026

  • Participate in Roommate Selection and choose an eligible roommate

Step 3: June 29 – July 15, 2026

  • Engineering Community Room Selection
