Lab Report Guidelines

All laboratory assignments are due at the beginning of class on the due date.

General guidelines:

• check the course packet for examples reports

• reports should be neat and professional

• reports should be typed, with typeset equations and typeset tables

• plots should be generated in MATLAB with legends and axis labels using appropriate-sized fonts,

• ‘by-hand’ calculations should be attached when relevant to show how you arrived at the results in the body of the report

• submitted as a group unless otherwise noted in the lab instructions

• if your name is on the report, you are responsible for the material in the report

• if a student did no work on the report, his/her name should not be included
