PhD student wins paper competition at ASCE conference

PhD student Leila Naderi won the Probabilistic Methods Committee Student Paper Competition for her paper and presentation titled: “Multi-fidelity Subset Simulation for Rare Event Simulation.” Naderi received this award at the ASCE Engineering Mechanics Institute Conference in Chicago, Illinois on May 28-31, 2024. Naderi is advised by CEE Associate Professor Gaofeng Jia. Congratulations Leila!
