Matt Markham

Matt Markham has worked in a variety of roles in higher education. He is an alumnus of the University of Denver where he completed his bachelor’s in international business and minors in Spanish and leadership studies. He then attended the University of Utah where he earned a Master of Education in educational leadership and policy and worked in student leadership development and new student orientation. Prior to coming to CSU, Matt worked in student housing, event planning, and student leadership at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.

Matt started in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at CSU in 2019 as an academic advisor then became the Programs and Staffing Manager before moving into his Manager of Undergraduate Programs role. He is passionate about promoting equitable systems to promote the transformative potential of higher education.
