Dr. Boppella is a Postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University (CSU). Prior to this appointment, he was a research professor in the Department of Chemistry at Yonsei University (2017-2022), South Korea. Before this, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the department of Chemistry and nanoscience at the Ewha Woman’s University (2020-2021), South Korea.

Dr. Boppella received various grants and awards including the National Research Foundation research grant from NRF Korea in 2020, Senior research associate fellowship from CSIR, India in 2020 and Canadian commonwealth fellowship from government of Canada in 2012.

His work at CSU focuses on an integrated program of basic and applied science research with the goal of addressing the challenges associated with sustainable energy conversion, generation, and storage technologies.
