Dr. V. Chandrasekar (Chandra) is a University Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Colorado State University whose research spans multiple fields such as Radar System Design, Radar Network Development, DSP Design and RF Communication Systems.

The Laboratory for Air Quality Research is located at 400 North College Avenue in the Powerhouse Energy Campus, 3 miles north of CSU’s main campus in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The Powerhouse is a 100,000 square-foot green building, and is one of the most extensive free-standing energy facilities at any university. The campus is a collaborative ecosystem of researchers, faculty, staff, students, and companies. It receives local, national, and global recognition for its interdisciplinary approach, and groundbreaking work on engine technology, electric grids, biofuels, energy access in the developing world, and energy focused entrepreneurship.
