Lockheed Martin Design Studios

These computer labs were made possible in part due to donations from Lockheed Martin.

Hours Open

  • These design studios are unlocked from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. After these hours, the design studios are available via the prox card reader on the outside of the room. When the building is closed, card reader access is required via the exterior building doors.
  • Note: Card reader access restricted to Engineering majors only.

Printing

Student printers in the Scott Bioengineering building, which serve all design studios in the building, are listed below:

  • Outside Cassini and the group study spaces, second floor, west side:
    • 1 small black & white laser printer, code name: cassini_bw. Available paper sizes are 8.5×11, 8.5×14, and 11×17.
    • 1 small color laser printer, code name: cassini_color. Available paper sizes are 8.5×11 and 8.5×14.
  • Outside Odyssey, third floor, east side:
    • 1 small black & white laser printer, code name: odyssey_bw. Available paper size is 8.5×11 only.
  • Student Organization Lab (room 133):
    • 1 small black & white laser printer, code name: student_org_bw. Available paper size is 8.5×11 only.
  • Graduate assistant office suite (room 321):
    • 1 small black & white laser printer, code name: scott_321_bw. Available paper size is 8.5×11 only.

Atlas Design Studio

  • Location: Scott Bioengineering building, room 201
  • Features:
    • 6 thin clients
    • Projector and screen
    • Conference table which seats 8
    • 1 HP DesignJet T790ps plotter, code name: scott_plotter_44: plots color up to 44 inches wide

Cassini Design Studio

  • Location: Scott Bioengineering building, room 257
  • Features:
    • 6 thin clients
    • 1 HP Digital sender
    • Projector and screen
    • Conference table which seats 8

Odyssey Design Studio

  • Location: Scott Bioengineering building, room 301
  • Features:
    • 6 thin clients
    • Projector and screen
    • Conference table which seats 8

Phoenix Design Studio

  • Location: Scott Bioengineering building, room 357
  • Features:
    • 6 thin clients
    • 1 large format (11×17) color scanner
    • Projector and screen
