What Kind of Future

Will You Build?

Construction engineers are holistic leaders across the spectrum of project delivery, managing projects from the initial concept, to the design, to the built environment. Unearth your passion within the world of Construction Engineering and choose one of our three focus areas.

Heavy Civil Infrastructure Focus

Design and manage major infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, highways, airports and other large-scale projects that impact our daily lives.

Structures and Buildings Focus

Build and renew structures that foster healthy working environments, well-being and sustainability while impacting the communities they serve.

Water and Environmental Systems Focus

Design, manage and build crucial water, air, food supply and environmental systems that improve the health, safety and welfare of communities across the globe.

The Best of

Both Worlds

Civil Engineering

Civil engineering focuses on the safe and sustainable design of infrastructure. Available focus areas include geotechnical, structural, transportation, and water.

Construction Management

Construction management focuses on the leadership and management skills necessary to facilitate major construction projects. Specializations include sustainability, virtual design, and more.

Construction Engineering

Construction engineering is where design and construction meet. Communication is key for successful construction engineers, who coordinate with all stakeholders, from the construction crews and contractors to site owners and CEOs. You’ll learn to plan, design, and build complex infrastructure projects, like bridges, dams, roads, tunnels, and airports.
