Todd graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.  He then went on to get his Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.  He has spent time working for the Department of Defense and in industry.  Much of Todd’s time is spent maintaining and upgrading the department’s lab equipment, helping with labs, and helping students with their experimental needs.

He enjoys fly fishing, photography, computers, and hockey.
