Olaf David is the Chief Technology Officer for the One Water Solutions Institute.  He is also a Research Scientist with the Colorado State University – Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Department of Computer Science. Since 2000, he has led the design, development, and operation of Object Modeling Systems Laboratory (OMSLab).  The OMS framework is used for agro-environmental modeling, and more recently the CSIP model-as-a-service architecture supports deployments for large organizations.
