Keith Meyer, P.E.

Interim Director, Construction Engineering

Keith Meyer joined the department in October 2025 as the Interim Director for the new Construction Engineering program. A CSU alum in civil engineering, Meyer has more than 32 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries, working for various consulting firms, municipal government agencies, and his own engineering firm, Ditesco. He has managed over $1B in capital improvements across Colorado, and his projects have won numerous awards from CMAA, ENR and APWA. Meyer has developed organizational strategic plans, and participated in leadership teams and advisory boards to lead and influence organizational direction. He also has experience teaching for Front Range Community College and the CSU Department of Construction Management.
 
In his role as Interim Director, Meyer will focus on successfully launching the new CON-E program through student recruitment, industry development, donor relations, internal collaborations, and faculty searches.
