Jana joined the department in July 2023 and has worked in higher education since 2009. Her prior professional experience at Arkansas Tech University includes supporting faculty and academic programs as the Director of Academic Services within Academic Affairs, as well as recruiting and enrolling concurrent high school, undergraduate, and transfer students as the Associate Director for Enrollment. As the Communications Manager for Civil and Environmental Engineering, Jana shares the stories and successes of the faculty and students in the department.

Jana moved to Fort Collins from Russellville, Arkansas in 2022 with her husband and son, and they absolutely love their new hometown. She enjoys reading, fishing and hammocking in the Cache la Poudre canyon, and trying out all of the restaurants in Fort Collins.
