David Logan joined the CEE Department as Business and Operations Manager after serving as Assistant Business Officer for the Walter Scott College of Engineering for ten years. Prior to coming to CSU he served in the business management arena for Hewlett-Packard Company, Dell Computer Corporation and Union Pacific Railroad.  David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of managing budgets up to $16.5 million, forecasting and analyzing financial outcomes, performing annual and quarterly reports.  In addition to his financial duties, David is responsible for the hiring process of new faculty and staff to the Department. He also works with the financial officers of the Department’s student organizations.
