Center Director and Research Associate Professor Mitch Olson will present on Enhanced In Situ Aerobic Metabolic Biodegradation of 1,4-Dioxane at a Field Scale.
“The RemTEC conference is an annual event attracting presenters and participants from across the country to share experiences with novel remediation technologies and emerging contaminants,” said Olson. “1,4-Dioxane is a member of the emerging contaminant class that effects groundwater at a large number of sites across the country, and effective biodegradation is an important component of managing the 1,4-dioxane challenge.”
Planning to attend? CSU engineering students and alumni are encouraged to connect with the department and industry at one of the networking events held each evening of the conference.
