Dr. Biswajit Ray is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Colorado State University. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2013; M.S. in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science in 2008 and B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India, in 2006.
Habib Ur Rahman is currently enrolled as a PhD student. He joined the lab in August 2024 after receiving his BSc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology back in 2023.
Sojib received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from East West University (EWU), Bangladesh. In the Spring of 2024, he joined the RAMLAB as a Ph.D. student. Prior to this, he was part of the Khan SLR group at EWU as a research assistant. His current research includes the security and reliability issues of emerging memory technology.
Abishek is currently a Ph.D. student. He joined the lab in January 2024 after receiving his M.S. from Oklahoma State University.
Misha is currently a Ph.D. student. She joined the lab in August 2023 after receiving her M.S. from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. She received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio in 2019.
Mondol Anik Kumar is currently enrolled as a PhD student. He joined the lab in January 2024 after receiving his M.S. from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. He earned a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) back in 2018. He worked as an independent contractor at Applied Materials, Italy (2018-2021).
Anjali is a Master student in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She joined the lab in summer 2024.
Alec joined the lab in Spring 2024. He is working on a senior design project on IoT.
Heaven joined the lab in Spring 2024. He is working on a senior design project on IoT.
