THE CASC2D-SED WATERSHED MODEL

Welcome to the CASC2D-SED hydrological and sediment model site. We are using these pages as a mean of introducing and releasing the model to current and future users.
In this site, you will find the model documentation in the Background and Processes pages. Cited literature in the documentation pages and other related literature are listed in the References page. The Example page shows an application of the model to a watershed. Input and Output files to the model in the example case are included as well in the site. The model documentation, the model code, and the example files used in this site are found in the Download page.
If you like, you can register in the CASC2D-SED list. This registration is intended to be used as a way of keeping the CASC2D-SED user abreast of the latest developments. Finally, you can also send us your opinion of this web site or the model through the Feedback page.
You may also want to visit the TREX watershed model web site. TREX is more recent adaptation of CASC2D that can also simulate chemical transport and fate in addition to hydrology and sediment transport.
