Abstract: This presentation will cover a research proposal for the application pump-probe microscopy for identifying disruptions in the mitochondrial respiratory chain. It will also cover two sub-proposals for the advancement of a current transient absorption imaging technique and optimizations for point-scan imaging in pump-probe setups.
