Printing from RamCT

Be aware that printing from RamCT can result in being charged excessive print credits. As a result, ENS recommends that students do not use the browser's print command when printing from RamCT. Instead, use the print command from the PDF viewer program (or save the PDF to your Desktop and print from that copy of the PDF.)

If you have been charged print credits incorrectly, contact ENS.

Windows Vista

Currently, neither ENS nor ACNS provide support for Vista or recommend installing it. For more details, including known issues with Vista, read more.
