With over two decades of experience in the semiconductor and microelectronics industry, I bring a unique perspective to my research and professional practice. I have been deeply involved in both R&D and volume manufacturing, with significant contributions to semiconductor technology development, process integration, and engineering leadership. My expertise spans areas such as 3DIC packaging, advanced process scaling, and high-volume production. This extensive industry experience informs my academic contributions, ensuring they are grounded in practical application and industry needs.

My research integrates systems thinking, Artificial Intelligence, Multi-Agent Systems, and System-of-Systems approaches to solve complex engineering challenges.
