Minnie Piffarerio

Senior Design Instructor, Chemical & Biological Engineering

Minnie is thrilled to come full circle back to her home undergraduate department to instruct the senior design course in the Chemical and Biological Engineering department at Colorado State University.

Her goal is to help students understand the engineering design process; sharpen their technical writing and presentation skills; enhance their skills to work and thrive in a team; and apply the skills they learned in the first few years of their academic career.

She is a CSU alum with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering. She enjoys learning about students’ career aspirations and helping them build professional community both on and off campus. When she is not instructing, Minnie spends her time bicycling, paddleboarding, hiking, exploring different places around the world, and being with her partner, Jim (CSU alum), and twin children.
