HOTEL RESERVATION
The Stanley Hotel offers special rates for SPHPC (USD180 per night). You will have until May 20, 2019 to make your room reservations at the discounted room rate. After this date, any remaining guest rooms will be released back to the hotel to sell and room availability is not guaranteed. You need to make your reservations through:
1- Stanley Hotel Webpage with SPHPC special rate (Click); (Check-in May 28 – Check-out May 30) or
2- Calling 970-577-4040 and requesting the CSU Electrical/Computer Engineering room block. SPHPC group code is 4787. You must make your reservation via phone call if you would like to check-out after May 30. Stanley hotel has accepted to offer the same discounted rate to SPHPC attendees for extended stays (please mention this when making your reservation).

The nearest airport to Estes Park is Denver International Airport (DIA).
TRANSPORTATION
Estes Park Shuttle provides shuttle service between Denver International Airport (DIA) and Estes Park with a stop at the Stanley Hotel. Please visit https://www.estesparkshuttle.com/ for more information.
In addition, there are several rental car companies at Denver International Airport (DIA) if you decide to drive to Stanley Hotel (https://www.flydenver.com/parking_transit/car-rentals). Drive time is roughly one hour and fifteen minutes.
