Online Documentation

The Mentor Graphics Idea software Version 8.4 (all the programs except for Checkmate and Lsim) has a hyper-text based online documentation system. If you need any extra documentation on any procedures in the software you can access the documentation with the command: bold_browser -color -as_help. Individual manuals can be accessed from the file menu as follows:

1. select File --> open --> document
2. select the document to open from the pop-up form.

The online documentation can also be acessed as context sensitive help through the Help entry of the menu bar.
