SPHPC 2018 registration fee is USD150 for all the attendees (Invited Speakers, Students, and Professionals). The registration fee includes two-day workshop, coffee breaks, networking reception dinner, and copy of abstracts. Also, a copy of presentation slides will be sent to those registered upon invited speakers approval.

*Cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference & Event Services by no later than May 1, 2018 at 5 pm (MDT). A $100 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation. No cancellation requests will be honored after this time, though substitutions will be allowed.
