Spring 2012 Homework Assignments and Solutions

Practice problems with solutions are provided, and homework problems are assigned and will be graded. Please work practice problems to gain familiarity with basic concepts, but they do not need to be turned in.

Each homework to be graded is due on the date indicated. (Due dates for unassigned homeworks are subject to change.) Late homeworks will not be accepted, regardless of reason. Problem numbers are from Microwave Engineering, 4th edition, by David M. Pozar. Solutions to the graded homework problems will be posted in PDF format through the links in the table below. For the password policy, please see the Lecture Notes web page. Finally, it is very important that you work all graded homework problems and all review problems before the exams.

Ansoft Designer will be used beginning with Homework 7. This software is available on the ENS computers and on Virtual Lab. Here is a short tutorial to get you started using Ansoft Designer.
