| Don Hillger, PhD, (Colorado) now retired, was a research meteorologist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), but he is still associated with the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA. His topical interests include weather stamps, un-manned satellites on stamps, satellite launch covers, metric system and standards stamps, and amateur radio stamps.
