Below are biographical sketches for the authors of this Website.

The authors have researched and written extensively on the subjects of weather, climate, and un-manned satellites on stamps and covers, as well as other topics.
	Don Hillger, PhD, (Colorado) now retired, was a research meteorologist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), but he is still associated with the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA. His topical interests include weather stamps, un-manned satellites on stamps, satellite launch covers, metric system and standards stamps, and amateur radio stamps. 	Garry Toth, MSc, (Quebec) now retired, worked many years at the Meteorological Service of Canada. He is interested in all aspects of weather and climate on stamps.
	Peter Hoffman, MS, (New York) now retired, was part of the Apollo Lunar Module guidance team and now contributes to the Scott catalogs and some online stamp-related websites.
