The AKTA purifier UPC 10 is a basic FPLC system capable of relatively high-throughput protein purification. We will employ this system to purify computationally designed proteins.
Art Robbins Gryphon
The Gryphon is a liquid handling robot designed to facilitate setup of 96-well crystal growth plates. A 96-channel syringe head is used to delived 96-different mother liquors to the plate. A 1-channel head rapidly dispenses protein to each well.
MaxQ 8000 shakers
Large shakers provide for aeration of cell culture. 2 large shakers have an approximate capacity of 80 x 250 mL Erlenmeyer flasks or 24 x 2000 mL flasks.
