This model was created to recreate the trophic cascades observed in the Atlantic fishing industry. It consists of populations of sharks, fish, and oysters. By adjusting the reproduction and feeding habits of these populations, we can analyze Lotka-Volterra like predator/prey oscillations, higher order species dynamics, and the effect of human interactions on the ecosystem. Human effects are observed by activating the fishing feature in the model. Be sure to look through the write up for suggestions and comparisons with experimentally obtained data!
