The WEF (Water Environment Federation) InFLOW (Introducing Future Leaders to Opportunities in Water) program aims to enhance diversity and inclusion in the water workforce.
The WEF InFLOW STEMpath program is designed to introduce scholars to opportunities in the water sector and help them foster a network within the water community. The 2021 program is a combination of virtual activities to introduce scholars to the water sector and in-person events at WEFTEC 2021 in Chicago, Illinois from October 16-20, 2021. Two CSU students will be able to participate in the Rams at WEF InFLOW Program this year with:
- Pre-WEFTEC programming with an orientation, introduction to the water sector, opportunities to learn about career paths in the water sector, and opportunities for scholars to network and find mentors within our young professional and water community.
- Attend the WEFTEC 2021 conference. The Rams at WEF InFLOW program ensures that participating students will have no expenses incurred, with expenses including airfare, hotel, registration, and meals covered by WEF.
- After WEFTEC, the students will be invited to additional opportunities within WEF including internships, scholarships, and involvement with other WEF Student & Young Professional programming.
CSU undergraduate or graduate students from historically underrepresented racial and/or ethnic groups interested in participating should fill out this form by August 3, 2021.
