style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/aar.is.colostate.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TimeClock Plus (listed on AAR website; secure login required)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/hrs.colostate.edu\/timeclockplus\/leave_requests_quick.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leave Request Information<\/a> (PDF)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Catastrophic Circumstances Leave<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Catastrophic Circumstances Leave may be granted to eligible employees by a department or unit head for up to two (2) weeks after all other leave is exhausted, based on the severity of the situation. For additional information, please refer to the policy: <a href=\"http:\/\/policylibrary.colostate.edu\/policy.aspx?id=748\">http:\/\/policylibrary.colostate.edu\/policy.aspx?id=748<\/a><\/p><h3><strong>Family and Medical Leave<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Family and Medical Leave Act (FML) is an unpaid, job-protected leave intended to allow eligible employees to take time off from work for qualifying family and medical events.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">For coordination and administration of <strong>Family and Medical Leave<\/strong>, Annual Leave, Parental Leave, Sick Leave, and the State Classified Leave Sharing Program, email your department HR contact.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) HR Specialist, <a href=\"mailto:Linn.Barrett@colostate.edu\">Linn.Barrett@colostate.edu<\/a><\/li><li>Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering HR Generalist (WSCOE), <a href=\"mailto:Rebecca.Leonard@colostate.edu\">Rebecca.Leonard@colostate.edu<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/whd\/regs\/compliance\/posters\/fmlaen.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Employee FMLA Rights<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>Funeral Leave<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Funeral Leave is administered by each department through a written request showing the relationship to the deceased and reason for the number of days requested, not in excess of 5 working days. This does not automatically entitle an employee to a full week\u2019s absence; this maximum may be granted only if travel to and from distant points is necessary.<\/p><h3><strong> Jury duty or court leave<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Jury duty or court leave may be granted with pay through your department with a copy of the court summons.<\/p><h3><strong> Leave Without Pay<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Leave Without Pay (LWOP) may be taken when an employee has used all leave and has not returned to work. LWOP may also be granted by the department and Human Resources Department for justifiable personal reasons.
