New scholarship levels were defined as follows:<\/li><li>7 $1,000 merit-based scholarships (5 undergrad &amp; 2 grad)<\/li><li>14 $1,400 scholarships based on both need and merit (11 undergrad &amp; 3 grad)<\/li><li>10 $1,000 need-based scholarships (all undergrad)<\/li><li>25 $500 scholarships (17 undergrad &amp;
