Manager of Undergraduate Programs

Toni-Lee Viney has been advising students at CSU since 2008. She is a CSU alum with a Master’s in Communication Studies. Toni-Lee enjoys learning about students’ experiences and helping them build community on campus. When she is not advising, Toni-Lee spends her time teaching yoga and being with her partner, Dan, and daughters, Josie and Cecily.

Star Garcia has been advising students in different capacities, at Colorado State University since 2011. She is a CSU alumna with a Master of Education & Human Resource Studies with a specialization in Counseling and Career Development. Star is passionate and dedicated to serving and empowering students at all stages of the development process by providing them with the necessary tools and guidance to aid in their success. In her free time, she enjoys cooking some delicious meals, playing the guitar and piano, and going on hiking and camping adventures.

Matt Markham has worked in a variety of roles supporting students in higher education. He is an alumnus of the University of Denver where he completed his bachelor’s in international business and minors in Spanish and leadership studies. He also attended the University of Utah where he earned a Master of Education in educational leadership and policy. Matt strives to promote equitable student access, persistence, and success through an individualistic approach to a student’s needs. Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, and attending local cultural events.

Angelica Hernandez graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Prevention and Intervention Sciences. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree at CSU in the Student Affairs in Higher Education graduate program. She has always had a passion for advocating and supporting students’ educational goals. During her free time, Angelica likes to spend time with her family, friends, and traveling to new places.
