professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University. She received her Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008, her M.S. in mechanical engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2004, and B.S. in biomedical engineering from Zhejiang University in 2001. Her research interests include cardiovascular tissue biomechanics and mechanobiology, viscoelasticity of cardiovascular tissues, multi-scale biomechanics (from tissue to organ systems), tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, and preclinical animal models and\/or patient studies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section University of Portland<\/p><p>Kristen is from Seattle, Washington. She is a current Ph.D. student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. She received her B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Portland. Kristen joined the CVB lab in Fall 2020.
