Dr. Brian Munsky

Biosketch

My research explores the use of computational models to analyze signal-activated regulation of several natural and synthetic gene regulatory systems in bacteria, yeast and human cells. We also apply these computational tools to optimize the design single-cell experiments. I am the lead organizer of the NIH-Funded q-bio Summer School, an internationally recognized workshop in computational biology, a new branch of which will be held at CSU in July, 2015.
