ASCE awarded John Labadie the 2019 Best Seminal Paper Award for his paper entitled “Optimal Operation of the Multireservoir Systems:  State-of-the-art Review” that was published in 2004 in the ASCE Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management.  This paper has been cited extensively and has been downloaded over 2814 times from the ASCE web site.
