Get Your Ducks in a Row

If you haven’t already done so, take the Math Placement Tool and complete Chem Prep. The Math Placement Tool should be completed by June 3, 2020 and Chem Prep should have been completed at least one week before your orientation date. At orientation, you should have gotten information on what your next steps will be. This will be different for each student. E-mail your advisor if you have any questions. Don’t know who your advisor is? Check here.

Know Your Engineering Resources

There are also academic resources that are specific to engineering. They are meant to help students succeed both in and out of the classroom. Be sure to check them out:

  • Engineering tutoring every Sunday-Thursday evening from 7-10 p.m. at Academic Village Engineering Room C147
  • Engineering Success Center
  • Faculty Office Hours: Ask your professors when their office hours are and go! They are a great way to get some additional help in your classes.
