You will gain a detailed knowledge of design and operation of registers as well as use of registers.  You will design an 8-bit Parallel-in-Parallel-out shift register which is a very common building block for digital designs. You will gain knowledge of   the organization of multiple registers in the form of a register bank and how data transfer is carried out among different registers.  Register banks play a key role in many modern microcontrollers, microprocessors, and CPUs.  You will solidify your skills in preparing a crisp Memo that inspires others to have confidence in you.
