Project Seven:
The Binary to Seven-Segment Decoder

Project seven is aimed at displaying binary numbers in decimal using seven-segment displays. You will  report your work on ROM based design of the decoding circuitry for displaying an 8-bit binary number.  Your memo will be structured to highlight the crucial aspects of your work: the task with imposed constraints, the analysis, your results, and the most fundamental of all, conclusions--"Were you successful in completing the project?"

To do the engineering and prepare your Memorandum for Project Number Seven, go through the items below:

Due date of report:  Your report is due a week after you receive this Challenge, and your hardware circuit must be demonstrated by that time.
