You will become familiar with Altera Quartus II software, by laying out your first logic circuit, obtaining a timing diagram, and printing out both of them.
Second, you will create your first memorandum. A memorandum is a document that is widely used for communication within an organization. If and when you go to work for a company as an electrical engineer, you can expect to write lots of memos to communicate the results of your work.
When you write your memo as the report for project #2, do not give the above
